Media reported on Tuesday afternoon sound of huge explosion were heard in Kuwait.
Some sources in Iraq said that the sound of explosions were so high that it was heard in neighboring Iraq.
The cause of the blast was not immediately revealed to media. But it could be Iran's retaliatory strikes against US bases from where the earlier todays's attacks against Iranian positions in the south were launched.
Later, sound of blasts also reported in Bahrain, while other reports suggested an oil tanker carring Liberian flag was also hit in Hormuz Strait.
